Cruising right along! Day 8 is done, and I'm ready for tomorrow. This week's meals are going to consist of leftovers and easy to put together meals.
Day 8 Spirits: Good energy levels, slight headache (probably from not enough water yesterday)
Day 8 Food: Ok - lots of leftovers
- 1 italian chicken sausage link
- scrambled egg hash (sweet potatoes sautéed in coconut oil, green peppers, spinach, and eggs)
- coffee, black
- water
Meal 2:
- buffalo chicken salad (chicken breast, granny smith apples, celery, onion, salt, pepper, celery salt, & homemade mayo, tabasco buffalo sauce, iceberg lettuce)
- roasted broccoli
- nectarine
- water
Meal 3:
- leftover chicken lime soup
- plantains fried in a bit of ghee
- sparkling water
