Halfway done!! I'm excited to have made it to the halfway point, and although I plan to have a couple 'treats' after this challenge I'm going to eat as close to whole30 as possible from now on. I think I'm a convert!
I spent most of the day cooking veggies and prepping things for the upcoming week. My fridge is full of containers of yumminess! I did make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day, but missed lunch. I had a larabar sometime around 4, which isn't the best lunch so I will work on making sure I get a lunch in next prep day.
Today's Spirit: Great. High energy and happy
Today's Food: Yummy. There is no picture for Meal 2 (lunch), but I had a lemon larabar - it was really good.
- 2 eggs, over-easy (cooked in a bit of evoo)
- 1/2 avocado
- blueberries
- mandarin orange
- water
Meal 3:
- baked chicken, (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
- pineapple salsa
- cauliflower couscous/rice (cauliflower, salt, pepper, ghee)
- roasted brussels with bacon (bacon, ghee, salt, pepper)
- water
