I'm having a problem coming up with a menu for next week - I'm going through a slump with menu planning. It might be time to just start rotating the menu's I have created up until this point, but I'm really hoping to get at least one more week of different meals created before I start rotating.
My stomach was a bit off this afternoon, so I didn't have much of a lunch. I'm not sure what the problem was but it has seemed to have resolved itself in time for dinner.
Today's Spirit: A bit tired
Today's Food: Great - I tried a new recipe for dinner and it was delicious!
- 2 eggs, scrambled in a little ghee
- gala apple
- almond butter
- starbuck's americano, black
- water
Meal 2:
- 1/2 hotdog
- roasted sweet potato (evoo, salt, pepper)
- water
Meal 3:
- macadamia nut chicken tenders with peach mustard sauce (Very good!! I modified the recipe a bit to fit our taste - used chili powder instead of paprika & only 1 tsp pepper)
- roasted zucchini (evoo, salt, pepper)
- la croix cran-raspberry sparkling water
